Refund Policy

At Old Million Club, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

 

1. If Your Product Arrived with an Issue (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect)

 

We sincerely apologize if your order did not arrive in perfect condition. To resolve this as quickly and conveniently as possible for you, we offer two options:

  • Option 1: The Quick Resolution (Keep the Item + Store Credit) For your utmost convenience, you can choose to keep the product, and we will issue you store credit for the full purchase price. This credit can be used on any other item in our store or to place your order again, with no need to send the item back to us.

  • Option 2: Full Refund or Replacement If you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement with a new, identical product or a full refund to your original payment method. In this case, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

To start this process, please email support@oldm11.com with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue.

 

2. If You've Changed Your Mind (Standard Returns)

 

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.

Conditions for Standard Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

 

How to Start a Return

 

  1. Mandatory First Contact: Email us at support@oldm11.com to start your return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond with instructions and approval for the shipment. Important: Returns sent without our prior email approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Final Sale Items

 

Items purchased on sale, as part of discounted bundles, or during promotional campaigns may have restrictions on "change of mind" returns. However, this policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a sale item arrives defective or damaged, it is fully eligible for the resolution options described in Section 1.

 

Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Abuse Prevention
